Andrew M. Shecktor. Born in Philadelphia, PA. Moved to Berwick PA in late 2005. Engineer and "jack-of-all trades" with extensive management and supervisor level experience. In addition to being a professional artist, also runs a part time security business.

Andrew Shecktor, also N3OMA and AAT3JF to the ham radio community, is heavilly involved in emergency services, with over 30 years in the volunteer fire department and emergency communications. Andrew, also known as Andy to friends, and Drew to family, has done commercial design for many years in his engineering duties. Most recently has begun a part time career in fine art, and has been producing and selling oil, water media and pastel paintings since 2008. You will find him each year displaying his wares for sale at the annual Bloomsburg Fair, in addition to other venues. He is a member of the North Mountain Art League, and many emergency operations and civic organizations. Andy is a member of Knapp Lodge 462 in Berwick, PA.
